MEET THE CREW
ADMIN
Adrian Misael Pena Montero
Mr. Montero was born in Cuba. He has been working with his hands ever since he was old enough to work.
His father is tenacious, and passed along a great love for learning, and boundless ingenuity.
In Cuba, Montero also became a software engineer before his relocation to the USA.
Now he uses his bright mind to manage renovation projects. And we are lucky for that.

Before coming to work with Max Craft, she was the key manager for an up and coming landscape company; handling all aspects of the business.
She makes the extra effort to keep up with everyone in the company; to keep track of projects, and field crew and subs educates herself on every project on top of her accounting duties

We are grateful for her experience and her connections within the municpalities.

CABINET SHOP

Cabinetry Shop Director
Craig Allbright
Craig’s been making cabinets for over 25 years. Craig’s dad made cabinets. Craig’s grandpa made cabinets. You better believe Craig’s got a saw in his grandbaby’s tiny little hands on the weekends, making cabinets.
I asked him if he was going to be buried in a casket (cabinet?) he made himself. He told us to just leave him in the woods with his hat pulled over his eyes. His focus has been high end residential, and there is no one finer.

Shop Foreman
Estiv Lozano
Estiv is like Craig's long lost brother. I hired them separately, but somehow, when they met, they were finishing each others sentences.
He brings a wealth of experience as well.
His passion for what he does is evident, and I have always been impressed with how he takes pride in his work; in his mindfulness and integrity.
He came to Max Craft looking for a company he could be proud of. It's mutual
FIELD CREW
MEP Technician
Teddy Robinson
Teddy is the man. He has a set of skills that took us quite a long time to find in one person.
Over the last 15 years he has worked in every mechanical trade: Plumbing, electric, and HVAC.
He is the steward of a fully equipped mechanical van and is on call for small scale MEP work, and executes plumbing, electric and HVAC for our small bathroom and kitchen projects.
Fortunately he is also charming and principled
Paint, drywall and trim
Henry Discua
Henry is a bright young man who came to us with high level drywall and painting skills.
He is low key, attentive and steady.
Since joining our team he has picked up solid trim, tile, siding, and decking skills.
We all appreciate his steady production and consistent quality.

His is soon to have his first baby.
Foreman/PM
Jonathan Pulgarin
Jonathan Pulgarin is another second generation professional.
He most recently moved here from Hilton Head where he was a long time renovation contractor.
We have been learning from each other since he joined the team.
Although he has the qualifications and skills to be a project manager or partner, his preference and personality place him in the position of foreman.
He maintains the pace, keeps up the spirits. Always bringing smiles
The Man
Jose Luis Garcia
Jose Luis is everyones favorite guy!
He is from Cuba, and his positive energy and enthusiasm are very welcome.
He is fairly new to the construction industry, but his ability to learn the trades has bee tremendous.
He holds his own well, and is requested on projects frequently.
He loves his home country, but is very happy for the opportunities here.
Logistics
Journeyman tile, carpentry
Journeyman Carpenter
Edward Keith Lowery
Keith is a loyal and passionate guy. Like many of us; he has been working in the trades since he was a young teenager.
He came to Max Craft looking for a career that would work for him as he phases out of the difficult physical labor.
He is responsible for logistics and deliveries; transporting materials and equipment, checking out tools, running the dump trailer, and maintaining the equipment.
Luis Castellanos
After the first week of working next to Luis as a subcontractor, I offered him a full time job with no regrets. That was years ago, and he has not let me down.
He is one of the best tile installers I have ever worked with. He can run siding, trim, flooring, decking, framing and install doors and windows.
He is reliable and modest. With him on the job, I can rest easy; knowing it will be done to our standards.

Miguel Petatan
Miguel is a versatile and top notch carpenter. His experience is plain to see in his streamlined work flow.
He has also been in the trades his entire life, and is very versatile.

He is self reliant, and provides his own van and gear, and will bring in his team to take on projects that are on a tight schedule and require quick turnaround. We are fortunate to have him on the team
