We begin with an exceptional group of architectural draftspersons, and experienced designers working hand in hand with our project managers to plan every aspect of your project in detail.
These professionals are invested in the project, and available throughout to preemptively tackle pain points and complications before they affect the field personnel.
Our subcontractors are painstakingly vetted to the highest standards, and we have systematic quality control, and adherence to tight scheduling expectations while defining clear expectations in terms of pricing standards. We record our subs scope of work by line item, and track progress with records and photos that can be used to systematically rebuild the project at any time if needed.
We can execute a project entirely with subcontractors if that is what is needed. However if any problems arise with our subs, it will not slow down the project.
In the field we represent every trade internally, especially the high level trades. We have experts in Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC, Tile artisans, painters, carpenters, and woodworkers. We can execute a kitchen or bath project without calling on a single subcontractor.
We own our own heavy equipment, trucks, mechanical van, dump trailer, installation trailers, and scaffolding which allows us to respond quickly to issues when they arise without dependance on outside support.
All of these factors combined with our 10,000 sq ft staffed industrial Cabinetry and Millwork facility, on call to our clients, gives us a higher level of capability than any other renovation contractor in Atlanta.
Everyone knows how difficult and unpredictable the renovation business can be. No two jobs are alike; and a renovation contractor must be able to handle even the most unusual and unexpected. We believe that it is our responsibility to execute your project to the highest standards, and we do not allow Murphy’s law to get in our way.

We are fully transparent with our books, estimates, wholesale pricing, scope and responsibilities from start to finish. Every subcontractor agreement, purchase receipt, time tracking info, and vendor proposal is posted on our clients account for review.
If we make a mistake; our policy is to photograph the mistake, post it on the daily log account, tag the shift, and ping the PM for review. Accountability and integrity always comes first.
