ADMIN
ADRIAN WILLIAMS
Owner, General Contractor
My name is Adrian Williams. My father was a custom cabinet maker. I have been working on high end residential and commercial renovations since I was a teenager; 25 years ago. I have worked as a contractor in North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Georgia, and most recently Ojai, CA. It has been a privilege to work with excellent builders; learning about construction work; and balancing that with humanity and family. I have 5 kids and they keep me very busy on weekends and evenings!
ADRIAN PENA MISAEL MONTERO
Project Manager
Mr. Montero was born in Cuba. He has been working with his hands ever since he was old enough to work. His father is tenacious, and passed along a great love for learning, and boundless ingenuity. In Cuba, Montero also became a software engineer before his relocation to the USA. Now he uses his bright mind to manage renovation projects. And we are lucky for that.
ASHLEY RUTLEDGE
Administration & Accounting
Ashley is the most engaged bookkeeper and admin assistant we've ever worked with. Before coming to work with Max Craft, she was the key manager for an up and coming landscape company; handling all aspects of the business. She makes the extra effort to keep up with everyone in the company; to keep track of projects, field crew and subs, and educates herself on every project on top of her accounting duties.
CHRIS CUSHENBERRY
Project Manager
Chris brings over 25 years of construction experience to Max Craft. He has the rare combination of hands-on building experience and large project management experience. Chris's roots go deep in Georgia and he loves spending time in the North Georgia mountains and Georgia Bulldog games in Athens.

TRAVIS HANLEY
Millwork Shop Manager
Travis is a master craftsperson with over 30 years of dedicated experience in the art and discipline of fine woodworking. He is a shop guy at his core who thrives in the creative process of transforming a client’s vision into a tangible, hand-built reality. While his career has included high-level oversight, his greatest satisfaction comes from being on the shop floor—mentoring teams, refining fabrication methods, and ensuring every joint and finish reflects true craftsmanship. I am a working leader who believes in stewardship, personal accountability, and the legacy of building products that homeowners and clients will enjoy for a lifetime.
Al Reynolds
Lead Designer
Al Reynolds is an experienced Drafter with a decade of professional experience. He has worked on a wide variety of project types, including high-end single-family homes, multi-family, and mixed-use projects. Al has collaborated with numerous talented professionals to produce exceptional drawings, while also teaching others how to use Revit.
FIELD CREW
LUIS CASTELLANOS
After the first week of working next to Luis as a subcontractor, I offered him a full time job with no regrets. That was years ago, and he has not let me down. He is one of the best tile installers I have ever worked with. He can run siding, trim, flooring, decking, framing and install doors and windows. He is reliable and modest. With him on the job, I can rest easy; knowing it will be done to our standards.
JOSE LUIS GARCIA
Jose Luis is everyone's favorite guy! He is from Cuba, and his positive energy and enthusiasm are very welcome. He is fairly new to the construction industry, but his ability to learn the trades has been tremendous. He holds his own well, and is requested on projects frequently. He loves his home country, but is very happy for the opportunities here.
BRYAN VILLATORO
Bryan is inspired by the joy of building and working with his hands. He is very focused on quality and precision in every project. He is from Honduras and loves Honduran food!
