PROJECT SCOPE & FEASIBILITY

We will evaluate the project for feasibility and scope. This entails reviewing the zoning and setback requirements. We will review site plans, soil stability and permeability standards as well as septic and electrical services to the property.  This is also where we outline the budget and draw concept sketches.

Visual Design

This is the beginning of the creative process. It is ok to request new drawings and elevations until everything looks good. We encourage you to take time with this and leave lots of detailed and specific comments so that we can get a good feel for your aesthetic interests. It will make the rest of the design process much easier for us to deliver the first time!

3D Modeling

Once we have working drawings we will model them in 3D, adding color and detail. You will be able to see if the floor plans and working drawings we came up with together really work for you spatially. We will also use our 3D model to ensure that all of our plumbing and electrical placement is accurate, as well as for permitting documents.

Rendering

This model can be used to visualize lighting details, tile layouts, cabinet styles, and even furniture placement. This is where you will start to see what your project will look like when everything is installed.

Final Selections

We use our management software Buildertrend to handle final selections if requested. We can use the information we have gathered up to this point to pick specific tile, lighting, appliances, vanities, mirrors, and other fixtures.
