We want you to feel secure about the work we do on your home and we know how confusing it can be to navigate your responsibilities on a project as well as what the contractor is responsible for. But we're here to help and make the process as easy and clear as possible.

Although we maintain high safety standards, there is some inherent risk of injury when performing this type of work. We carry workers compensation insurance which covers any injuries that may occur at any time during your project.
We also carry General Liability insurance which covers any damage that may occur to your home during this project that is not included in the scope of work.
Our license ensures that all of the work done on your home will adhere to the International Building Code standards. We take our social responsibility to do quality work and adhere to these standards seriously. We are licensed for commercial renovations as well, and can responsibly execute foundation work, adhere to commercial fire codes, high capacity electrical work, structural repairs, grading, retaining walls, truss and beam constructions, and structural concrete.
HOW WE WARRANTY OUR WORK
We gaurantee all of our work will be performed in accordance with IRC building code standards and against issues related to quality of workmanship and in conformity with the design documents unless otherwise agreed.
